REFUND POLICY

Shared & Reseller Hosting Accounts - All New Shared & Reseller Hosting Accounts are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day money back guarantee is not valid upon any terms of service or acceptable use policy violations.

 

Dedicated Servers: There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, setup fees, installation fees for custom software.


Domain Names - All domain names sales are made final at the time of purchase. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds.

**NO REFUNDS FOR ANY DOMAIN NAMES RELATED PURCHASES**

 

Changes to registered domain names (incorrect spelling, etc...) cannot be made once the domain has been purchased with a domain registry. It is very important that you verify the spelling of your domain name and it is recommended that you have someone else read it as well to ensure it is exactly as expected.

 

Only first-time accounts ( "NEW CUSTOMERS") are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
