HOW TO CLAIM:

1. Login to your CLIENT AREA

2. Open a new support ticket : SLA CREDIT (This must be within seven days of the purported outage.)

3. Please provide full information of service interruption including logs.

 

The SLA claim will be checked by the us and credit will be issued. SLA credits are issued as service credits on future billing cycles. SLA credits cannot be bartered or traded with other customers. Please allow up to Ten (10) days for the process of SLA claims.
